DBX Commodities ("DBX", "we", "us") provides commodity intelligence derived from satellite, thermal and trade-flow data. It does not apply to the commodity and asset data we produce, which is not personal data.
We collect information you provide directly — name, work email, company, job title and any message — when you request a demo, subscribe to research, or contact us. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics to operate and secure the site.
We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver demos, provide the platform and research you subscribe to, send service and product communications, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
